Processing Time

Orders are processed within 2-5  business days. During busy periods, such as seasonal promotions or product launches, processing may take slightly longer. We appreciate your patience as we handcraft and pack your order with care.

We currently ship within the UK.

Standard (Royal Mail 2nd Class)2–4 business days£3.95 (Free on orders over £40)

Tracked (Royal Mail 1st Class)1–2 business days£5.95

Local Pickup

We do not currently offer local pickup.

Packaging

In line with our sustainability values, we use eco-friendly, recyclable, or biodegradable packaging whenever possible.

International Shipping

Lost or Delayed Parcels

If your order hasn’t arrived within 7 business days of dispatch, please contact us at info@rootandpetalbotanicals.co.uk and we’ll do our best to help. We are not responsible for delays caused by Royal Mail or customs, but we’ll always do our best to assist.

Delivery Issues

Please ensure your delivery address is correct at checkout. If a parcel is returned due to an incorrect address, we may charge a re-delivery fee.
