Refund Policy for Root and Petal Botanicals

We want you to feel confident when purchasing from Root and Petal Botanicals. This Refund Policy outlines your rights and our procedures for returns, refunds, and cancellations.
1. PRODUCTS

We take great care in crafting our botanical products by hand and hope you love them as much as we do

2.RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Due to the nature of our skincare and aromatherapy products, we can only accept returns if the item is damaged, faulty, or incorrect upon delivery. If you receive a damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your order .We will offer a replacement or a full refund (including standard delivery costs) .Items must be unused, in original packaging, and returned within 14 days of receiving a return authorisation. Please note: We cannot offer refunds on opened or used products for hygiene reasons unless faulty
3. TREATMENTS AND APPOINTMENTS
We understand that sometimes plans change. We kindly ask for notice when cancelling or rescheduling.

Cancellation/ Appointments can be cancelled or rescheduled up to 24 hours in advance with no charge. Cancellations made with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a 50% cancellation fee. No-shows or same-day cancellations may be charged in full. Refunds for Treatments. If you are unsatisfied with a treatment, please speak to us directly on the day or within 48 hours. We aim to resolve concerns on a case-by-case basis with fairness and professionalism.
Workshops and Events Cancellations made more than 7 days in advance are eligible for a full refund. Cancellations within 7 days may be refunded at our discretion or offered a place on a future date.
