All products should be used as directed. If you have any allergies or medical conditions, consult a qualified professional before use. Any bespoke blends or products issued after a consultation are for the intended user only.

3. BOOKING AND CANCELLATION POLICY

For services(e.g., massage, aromatherapy consultations):

* Bookings can be made via direct contact.

* We require at least 24 hours' notice for cancellations. Late cancellations or no-shows may result in a charge.

4. SHIPPING AND DELIVERY

We currently ship within the UK. All orders are processed within (2-5 working days). Shipping times may vary depending on location and courier.

We are not responsible for delays caused by third-party carriers , customs , or weather disruptions.

5. RETURNS OR REFUNDS

Due to the Nature of out products, we do not accept returns on opened or unused products unless they are defective or damaged.

If your item arrives damaged:

* Contact us within 7 days of delivery at (Info@rootandpetalbotanicals.co.uk)

* Provide a photo of the item and packaging.

* We will arrange a replacement or refund where applicable.
