Cancellation Policy

1.Consulation & Health information •A full consultation from must be completed prior to your first aromatherapy massage. •It is the clients responsibility to provide accurate health information, including medical conditions, allergies, pregnancy, medications or recent surgeries. •Certain conditions may require GP consent before treatment. 2.Contraindications •Treatments cannot be carried out if you have certain conditions such as contagious skin infections, fever, recent injury or illness. •Please inform your therapist if you develop any new health conditions prior or between sessions. 3.Hygiene & preparation •Please arrive clean and free of heavy fragrances. •Jewellery should be removed before treatment. •Your modesty will always be respected and towels will be used for draping. 4.Professional standards •Aromatherapy massage is a professional therapy service only. •Any inappropriate behaviour or requests will result in immediate termination of the treatment and refusal of future bookings. 5.Aftercare & reactions •Your therapist will provide aftercare advice following treatment. •Mild reactions such as tiredness, thirst or temporary emotional release can occur as part of your body's natural healing response. •If you experience any prolonged or concerning reaction, please contact your therapist or GP. 6.Cancellations & Lateness •At least 24 hours notice is required for cancellations or rescheduling. •Cancellations with less than 24 hours notice will be charged at 50% of the treatment fee. •If you are late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients. 7.Confidentiality •All client information and consultation forms are kept confidential in line with GDPR regulations. 8.Payment & Gift vouchers •Payment is required at the time of booking or immediately after your treatment. •Gift vouchers are valid for 24 months unless otherwise stated and must be present at the appointment.
